Pierce Brosnan’s film Married Life is the film that we’re beginning to despair will never actually hit the cinemas.
There’s a trailer. There are even clips on YouTube. Yet those of us who live in a major market - the New York City area - have seen neither hide nor hair of marketing for this long-awaited dark comedy.
It was slated for release in 2007, then bumped back to 2008. Why, we’re not sure. It doesn’t appear to be a big budget CGI piece, where you can understand continual delays in production. But this is Hollywood and there’s never any rhyme or reason.
At this rate we’d be better watching the whole thing in 2 minute clips on YouTube. Hey, if it works for South Park episodes…
